Wednesday, November 1, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met with Saudi Arabia’s king Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud. The parties have coordinated efforts to ensure regional peace and security and combat international terrorism.

It is also noted that the results of the meeting Poroshenko with Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud was agreed to intensify bilateral cooperation in political, trade-economic, military-technical, energy and investment spheres.
“The President of Ukraine expressed hope that Riyadh will join the international efforts for the solution of problems of protection of rights and interests of the Crimean Tatar people in Crimea”, – said the press service of the President of Ukraine.
In turn, the king of Saudi Arabia also noted the friendly relations between the two countries. Confirmed the interest of the Saudi side in further development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Ukraine in the framework of bilateral projects.
