The President has been granted an audience with king Philip.
President Petro Poroshenko has invited king Philippe of Belgium to visit Ukraine. On Thursday, November 23, reported the press service of the head of state.
President Petro Poroshenko during an audience with the king of Belgium Philip invited him to visit Ukraine at a convenient time. He also thanked Belgium for political support.
“Poroshenko thanked the king for political support, solidarity and practical assistance to Ukraine in countering external aggression. The sides noted the intensification of bilateral economic relations and expressed satisfaction with the high level of cooperation within international organizations”, – stated in the message.
Poroshenko expressed the hope that Belgium will continue to support Ukraine on the path of integration in the European Union, as well as to support the policy of sanctions until the full restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
