“Russia is not interested in stabilizing the situation not only in the Donbass, but throughout Ukraine. Through the Donbass, they want to destabilize us political and economic situation”, – said Elisha.
In his opinion, “the problem is not of the essence of the Minsk agreements, but lack of political will of Moscow to implement them”.
“The situation in the Donbass can be resolved very quickly and effectively in the political-diplomatic way. But this requires a number of conditions, one of which is hard and clear messages from our key partners that we now expect and what to work”, – said the Deputy head of AP.
