The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko the decree of October 3, No. 304 introduced a secret decision of the Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) dated September 13, 2017.
Note that a classified document was amended in the NSDC decision of August 28, 2015 “On military-technical cooperation with individual States”.
The decree comes into force from the date of its publication. Responsible for its implementation is assigned to the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov.
We will remind, earlier Poroshenko has signed a decree that enacted the NSDC decision of September 13, 2017 on the Concept of reforming and further development of the system of government in situations of emergency and special period.
