The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko opened the bridge through the Seversky Donets in the Izyum, Kharkiv region. It is reported by 112 Ukraine.
According to him, after extensive repairs, the bridge can withstand the weight of 30 tons.
“De facto, this new bridge. Even before man, when they came, looking at his feet, and the truck skip across the bridge was very dangerous. Today, 30 tons, please go. Due to which funded these expenses? 13 million – at the expense of the state budget which were provided for road construction. 7 million due to the customs of the experiment (means not given to steal at customs and sent to the construction of the road). And just over 2 million – local budget”, – said Poroshenko.
In addition, the President stressed that the road Kharkiv–Izyum–Slavyansk should be among the priorities in Ukraine.
