President enacted the NSDC decision on sanctions to banks with Russian capital.
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko enacted the decision of the Council of national security and defence on applying sanctions to banks with Russian capital. About it reports a press-service of the head of state on Thursday, March 16.
According to the document, sanctions for a period of one year will be applied to five banks:
PJSC “Sberbank”
PJSC “Vs Bank”
– PJSC “joint-stock commercial industrial-investment Bank”
– PJSC “VTB Bank”,
PJSC “BM Bank”.
The sanctions include a ban withdraw capital above legal entities outside Ukraine in favor associated with them.
Yesterday, the national Bank of Ukraine has proposed the national security Council to impose sanctions against banks with Russian capital are to maintain financial stability in the country and implementation of Ukrainian banks with Russian state capital obligations to clients.
