The presidential decree has already entered into force.
In Toreck of regional subordination in Donetsk region, established the military and civil administration.
The corresponding decree №128/2017 the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed on Friday, may 12.
“Pursuant to the law of Ukraine “On civil-military administrations” resolve: to form a military-civilian administration of the city of Toreck Donetsk region. The head of the Antiterrorist center at the security Service of Ukraine, the head of the Donetsk regional state administration to carry out the steps associated with the formation of military-civil administration”, – stated in the text of the decree.
The decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
