The decree of the President No. 73/2017 approval of the state program of development of the Armed forces of Ukraine for the period until 2020 appeared on the official website of the President.
“To enact the decision of national security Council and defense of Ukraine from December 29, 2016 “On State program of development of the Armed forces of Ukraine for the period till 2020”, – stated in the message.
Control over execution of decisions is entrusted to the Secretary of the NSDC.
The program text has not been disclosed, it is a state secret.
The decree comes into force from the date of publication.
