Ex-the Prime Minister-the Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk awarded the order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree
President Petro Poroshenko has awarded orders of the Ukrainian politicians and experts who contributed to the introduction of visa-free regime with the EU.
This is stated in the presidential decree No. 165/2017 from June 19.
The awards were given for “significant personal contribution to the implementation of European integration aspirations of Ukraine, the introduction of the EU visa-free regime, strengthen the international prestige of the state, fruitful work and high professionalism”.
Thus, the ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk awarded the order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree.
Order of merit of the III degree was awarded to:
journalist Sergei Voropaev (posthumously);
Director of the NGO Institute of world policy Alyona Hetmanczuk;
foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin;
Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Andrey Olefirov;
the head Office of the UNIAN in the EU Irina Someren;
the Chairman of the Board of the International Fund Vidrodzhennya, scientific Director of the Institute for Euro-Atlantic cooperation Oleksandr Sushko;
Executive Director of the public organization Europe without barriers Iryna Sushko.

The order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree
State award of Ukraine for outstanding personal merits before the Ukrainian state in the sphere of state construction, strengthening international authority of Ukraine.
The order usually presented by the President. It is worn on the left side of the chest.
The order comes with badge of the order, the miniature badge of the order and medal book. For comparison, the Order of I and II degree is in conjunction with star of the order, respectable.
The award is cast in silver. It is an equilateral cross with rounded ends, topped with a miniature cross. Side of the cross is covered with white and blue enamel, between them diverge notched beams. On the upper end of the sign is the bow in the form of a wreath of oak leaves, which is superimposed on the old Slavonic letter “U” (Ukraine) blue enamel.
In the middle of the sign — a round dark blue medallion enamel with silver relief image profile of Prince Yaroslav the Wise.
The medallion is framed by two edges, between which a circle covered with white enamel, the inscription “Yaroslav the Wise”. Headbands, lettering, crosses, rays, ear gold plated. The reverse side of the sign is flat and engraved with the number sign and the words “Wisdom, honour, glory”. Sign size — 60 mm.
The medallion is attached to the block, the center of which is the silver embossed image of an oak branch. Frame pads are gold plated. On the back pad buckle for attachment of the badge to clothing.
The order “For merits” I degrees
Is awarded for achievements in economic, scientific, socio-cultural, military, state, public and other spheres of public activities for the benefit of Ukraine.
Poured out of Nickel silver in the shape of a cross with rounded ends, superimposed on a locket with a picture of floral ornament. Sides of the cross enamelled crimson. In the middle of the cross a wreath of oak and Laurel branches on a blue background — the image of a small emblem — a Trident. A wreath, a Trident, pruski cross gold plated. Medallion — blue and silver. All images are embossed.
To the upper end of the cross is attached a ring lug that connects to a notched block, covered with tape. The pads size: length — 45 mm, width — 28 mm. On the back pad placed safety pin to attach to clothing.
The order “For merits” III degree is worn on the left side of the chest after the order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV, V degree.
