President Petro Poroshenko signed a law on pension reform.

As noted Poroshenko, the adoption of this document is “decisive steps to establish and restore fairness to pensioners”.
“The law provides for the raising now. … The increase of pensions established as an effective working mechanism on a regular basis,” he said.
In turn, the head of government, Vladimir Groisman said that all pensioners in October will get the new higher pension.
“Next week start payments,” he added.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada on 3 October adopted a law on pension reform.
