Polozova was released after questioning FSB

Polozov says that the investigators had no right to detain him, as the law on advocacy of Russia imposes a direct prohibition on interrogation of the lawyer as a witness in those circumstances that he has become aware in the course of providing legal assistance.

According to Polozova, during the interrogation he kept silent, powers in the hands of a poster with the words “Silent” and the articles of the Russian Criminal code, which prohibit the lawyer to disclose the information.
