Polish employers are concerned about the potential outflow of Ukrainians to the Western labor markets, part of Ukrainian workers already preoriented the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

“Maybe early next year, our Western neighbors will open wider its labor market for workers from outside the EU,” the newspaper said.

“This is a huge threat to the Polish economy. Within two to three months, the lack of personnel would have grown from 165 thousand to half a million jobs,” – said the President of the company’s employment Personnel Service Krzysztof Inglot.
“Workers from the Ukraine now entice us to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. These countries facilitated the conditions of employment, offer the best working conditions,” he says.

Earlier it was reported that the vast majority of Ukrainian labour migrants (73%) do not intend to stay and live in Poland.
