This is not the first attempt to introduce a limit on foreign trips for law enforcement and security forces. In April 2015 the recommendations not to travel to Western countries sent their employees to the leadership of the interior Ministry and the FSB. Several persons interviewed in the police then told me that all officers, from platoon commander and later, handed over to the HR departments in your passport. Later among the security forces were secretly circulated and the list of undesirable to visit countries.
In October, 2016 from the Ministry of internal Affairs was dismissed the head of the Department “f” of the Main Directorate of economic security and combating corruption Dmitry Katkov, who led the fight against crimes in the financial sector. The reason for the resignation was that he did not indicate in the Declaration the apartment in Montenegro.
