Poland has introduced new rules for employment of Ukrainians

New amendments to the law stipulate that, in addition to work permits, which are issued by the Governor for a period of up to three years, imposed as a permit for seasonal work, which will give the mayor. In addition, the proposed provisions provide for the establishment of a register of labour of foreigners that contains information about the classical work permits permits for seasonal work, statements that are with the purpose of entry in the registry, and information to elders about the inability to meet the staffing needs on the local labour market.

As reported, the law provides for the payment (30 PLN) registration statements by the employer about the intention of the employment of foreigners. This will reduce the abuse and ensure the financial flows that will be used by the elders to perform this task, expect the initiators of the bill. Work on the basis of the application was a prefect, can be completed within six months over the next 12 months.
