The Russian state Duma Deputy Natalia Poklonskaya, who previously headed the occupiers controlled by the “Prosecutor” of the Crimea, to date, remains a citizen of Ukraine.
Head of the presidential administration Igor rainin noted that neither the Migration service nor the foreign Ministry or other diplomatic institutions are not sent to the President a proposal to deprive Poklonskaya Ukrainian citizenship.
“In accordance with articles 24 and 25 of the law On citizenship the authority for the preparation of submissions about the loss of a persons citizenship of Ukraine for consideration of the presidential Commission on citizenship issues carried out by the State migration service, Ministry of foreign Affairs, diplomatic representations and consular institutions,” said rainin.

He noted that the AP has already sent a corresponding appeal to the Federal migration service and the Ministry of foreign Affairs and waits for the response of these agencies.
