Bananas protect against blood clots
Daily consumption of two to three bananas to reduce the risk of blood clots in the brain, say U.S. researchers.
Experts have established that regular moderate consumption of bananas provides the body with potassium as necessary.
This, in turn, reduces the risk of blood clots and stroke. It is noteworthy that the content of potassium in one banana reaches an average of about five hundred milligrams. This amount is sufficient to drop blood pressure and fluid balance in the body has settled back to normal.
However, experts recommend avoiding excessive consumption of bananas, as when an excess of potassium may develop irregular heartbeat, irritability, are not excluded from nausea and diarrhea.
