PayPal “collapses” internal transfers in Russia from July 31

International payment system PayPal announced the termination of transactions between users in Russia as of July 31, according to the message of the company.

“We are making changes to legal agreements governing the relationship of the user with PayPal. We will only support international payments: You can use the services of PayPal in regular mode, but only for payments to foreign users of PayPal and to receive payments from international PayPal users. You will not be able to send to PayPal users in Russia, or to receive payments from PayPal users in Russia”, — stated on the website of the payment system.

In addition, PayPal has removed the fee for payments within the country from the table commissions.

However, the office in Moscow will be saved, said TASS.
