Andriy Pavelko is the only candidate for the post of President of the football Federation of Ukraine.
Extraordinary elections of the head of the FFU will take place on June 16 in Kiev. This procedure will be a formality, as the post claims only one person – the current President of the organization Andriy Pavelko.
According to the official website of the governing body of the Ukrainian football, all 45 members of the FFU members unanimously supported the candidacy Pavelko, and agreed with the project of reorganization of the Federation.
Pavelko led the football Federation of Ukraine in March 2015, succeeding former coach of the national team of Ukraine, a famous Soviet footballer Anatoliy Konkov.
Before appointment to the post of the head of the FFU Pavelko in the football Federation of Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipropetrovsk regional branch of National Olympic Committee.
Andriy Pavelko – fifth President of the football Federation of Ukraine. This position was previously held by Victor Bannikov, Valery Pustovoitenko, Grigory Surkis and Anatoliy Konkov.
