A. Nosik was born in 1966 in the family of the writer Boris Nosik and philologist Victoria Mochalova. From 1990 to 1997 he lived in Israel, where he began studying journalism. In 1998, with the assistance of the effective policy Foundation was founded Газету.Ru and in 1999 – portal Lenta.ru. A.
