Paruby signed a law on cybersecurity and tours of Russian artists

Now to sign the documents Poroshenko.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy paruby signed three adopted by the Parliament law “On basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine”, “On electronic trust services” and “On tour events in Ukraine.” As informs on Friday a press-service of the Verkhovna Rada, three of the adopted law Parubiy was signed on Friday, October 20.

Now these documents are sent for signing by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who may either sign them or veto.

As reported, the bill №2126а “On basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine”, draft law No. 4685 “electronic trust services” and the bill # 6682 “On touring activities in Ukraine” was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on 5 October 2017.

In particular, bill No. 6682 “On touring activities in Ukraine”, which was voted 232 deputies, provides for a ban of the tour events, if it involved a person who made to the list of persons posing a threat to national security.

The law also stipulates that in case the tour participant is a citizen of the aggressor country, the organizer not later than 30 days before the day of the tour takes in the security service request to obtain information about the presence or absence of legal grounds to prevent a citizen of the aggressor country to participate in this event.

According to the law, security service of Ukraine within 10 days of receipt of the request, considers and provides to the tour organizer about availability or absence of legal grounds to prevent a citizen of the aggressor country to participate in the tour.
