The speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament is in favour of depriving Russia of the right to veto issues concerning Ukraine.
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy paruby called to deprive the Russian delegation in the UN Security Council veto in matters concerning Ukraine. About this he wrote in Twitter.
“Now, when Russian aggression continues, Ukraine extremely needs a strong and effective UN. I am convinced that Russia should be deprived of the right of veto on issues relating to Ukraine”, − said the head of the Parliament at the meeting with the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres.
