Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy prematurely closed the morning plenary session of Parliament on Thursday.
The Bureau received a statement from the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko and the group Renaissance with the requirement to declare a 30-minute break.
At the same time they refused to replace the break speeches of representatives from the tribune, as provided by the rules and repeatedly used a fraction of this convocation.
In this regard, the speaker had at 13.30 to announce the closing of the morning session, which should last until 14.00.
