If the protesters near the Verkhovna Rada unlocks the Parliament, it can be disrupted by a meeting with the President of Malta, will not be voting for health reform and the lifting of parliamentary immunity.
This was announced by the speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy.
Paruby emphasized that obstructing the work of Parliament by the activists, the blocking of the Parliament and the attack on MPs is an unacceptable things.
“I demand from the organizers of these meetings to ensure free entrance to the Parliament building and the safety of people’s deputies”, – said the speaker.
He added that today, in 15 hours he is scheduled to meet with the President of Malta and if Parliament is unlocked, it may not happen.
“In addition, if there is a threat to the life and health of deputies on Thursday may be disrupted voting for health reform and for the abolition of parliamentary immunity. Therefore, I urge you not to violate the order of the day. The Verkhovna Rada should work fully, efficiently and effectively”, – said the speaker of Parliament.
