The party is not timely filed financial statements.
The national Agency for prevention of corruption appealed to the Pechersky district court of Kiev with the request to fine the Deputy leader of the party political platform of Hope Savchenko Tatyana protchenko 300-400 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (UAH 5100-6800) for the late filing of financial report for the 2nd quarter. This is stated in the materials of the court.
As noted, protchenko not filed within the prescribed period (until 9 August) the financial report of the party for the 2nd quarter.
In this regard, the court decided to return the administrative record for proper registration, as acting head of the Department of NACP prevention of corruption Oleg Sytnik unilaterally decided to send the materials to the court, which is a violation of the rules of the Agency.
