The Bank suspends the acceptance of municipal and other payments through its offices.
On Saturday December 16 and Sunday December 17 branches of “Oschadbank” will work in the mode of consultations. Therefore, make utility and other payments to branches will not be possible.
The reason is that “savings” goes to the new chart of accounts. About it reports a press-service of the Bank.
“To minimise the inconvenience for the final stage of transition to new chart of accounts will be held during the weekend. Accordingly, there is modified work schedule of the offices. The changes will affect part of the network of offices that usually work at the weekend: on Saturday 16 December and Sunday 17 December-offices will work in consultation. Utilities and all other payments (excluding mortgage payments) can be realized in the information-payment terminals and system “Sberbank 24/7”, — stated in the message.
In the period 16-17 December 2017 operations on payment cards in ATMs and information and payment terminals and sales and service network will be held as usual without any restrictions. Funds on card accounts will be available as usual. Maybe a partial restriction only functional online services “Sberbank 24/7” in terms of reviewing the balances on the current, credit and Deposit accounts and operations with them, the Bank said.
