The Pechersky court of Kiev has obliged the Bank to show the accounts owned by the fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych. The corresponding decision was accepted the judge Larisa Sokol at the request of counsel Yanukovych Vitaly Serdyuk.
As noted, a petition Serdyuk declared it during consideration of the claim Yanukovych to the Chairman of the Board oschadbanka Andrew Lush. The former President said that the head of the Bank spread false information, which concerns the fact that in the accounts of finuchrezhdeniya stored 1.15 billion dollars belonging to Yanukovych.
The court ruled Oschadbank to provide information about the amount of cash and securities, which allegedly owns the fugitive President.
Recall, $ 200 million of so-called “Yanukovych’s money”, admitted to the state budget of Ukraine.
