31 may the economic Court of Kyiv instituted proceedings at the suit of the Bank to an Ukrtelecom on recovery of UAH 1.1 bn.
At the same time, what exactly, due to the requirements of the state Bank the judgment is not specified.
May 24, the court opened proceedings on the suit of the Bank of ESU (the owner of Ukrtelecom, the ultimate beneficiary – Rinat Akhmetov) on the recovery of 886,5 million. In the past year, Oschadbank has addressed in court with the claim to the LLC ESU for the recovery of interest payments on the bonds for UAH 714 million.
Recall that on 5 may, the economic Court of Kyiv instituted proceedings at the suit of Ukreximbank to ESU for the recovery of 2.83 billion UAH, of which 2.24 billion UAH of arrears on the nominal value of the bonds; 354,1 million UAH of arrears on interest / income on bonds; 119,2 million UAH – the penalty for delay of obligations on the bonds; 92.4 million UAH – inflationary component of past due obligations on the bonds; 24.9 mln UAH – 3% per annum in respect of delay of obligations on the bonds.
