Observers have noted a surge of violence in certain areas.
Special monitoring mission of the OSCE over the past week have recorded more than 5 thousand violations of the ceasefire regime in the Donbas. This at a press conference said the first Deputy head of the OSCE mission Alexander hug.
“Over the past week, the OSCE recorded growth in the level of violence. However, there is a surge of violence in certain areas, the destruction of residential areas and the deaths of civilians. As we warned, such aggravation is inevitable. The irregularity of breeding weapons leads to casualties,” he noted.
He also reported the cases of obstructing the work of observers.
“Last week, recorded the restrictions of the mission. This Wednesday in Pikuach spokesperson threatened, shooting a gun in the immediate vicinity of the observers,” added hug.
