Photographer Giancarlo Happy three years taking pictures of ordinary people of Italy — musicians, shepherds, bakers, farmers, cooks, clergy, firefighters and circus performers.
Looking at these portraits, vividly represent Italians various times colorful characters Fellini, the gentle face of the Renaissance, the honest workers of the films of Vittorio de sica. The photographer himself spent his childhood in the countryside somewhere in Treviso, which could be why his characters he takes off as if leafing through an old photo album: with nostalgia and a lot of love.
