OOS: the OSCE found in the withdrawal line 20 Grad

In the center of Lugansk are installations Grad MLRS and complexes Strela-10, observers say.

Observers Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE in the Donbas recorded from 3 to 5 may 20 missile systems of volley fire Grad that posted in violation of the withdrawal line. This is stated in the OSCE report, published on Monday, may 6th.

So, on may 3 mini-UAV the SMM observed seven systems BM-21 Grad 122 mm on the ground near Miusynsk, 62 km South-West of Lugansk. Also recorded eight MLRS (BM-21) near the village of Sadovaya.

In addition, on may 4, recorded five tanks (T-72), five self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Carnation 122 mm), ten towed howitzers (D-30 – five units, and the same 2A65 Msta-B 152 mm).

Five MLRS BM-21, five anti-aircraft missiles (9K35 Strela-10) and two anti tank missile launchers (9K111 Fagot, 120 mm) were observed in the center of Lugansk.
