The intention to send assistance to residents of the occupied territories, the representatives of the Russian Federation did not say anything.

In Lugansk drove 15 trucks of “humanitarian aid” from Russia.

This is stated in the report of the OSCE mission in Donbass.

“On 28 September the SMM observed a convoy of trucks labeled “Humanitarian aid from Russian Federation” – written in Russian. The SMM observed a convoy of 15 covered trucks, five support vehicles (with registration numbers in the Russian Federation), and another two cars escorting a convoy in the city of Lugansk”, – stated in the report of the OSCE.
