Ukraine will be sent to Belarus two verifiers to observe the Russian-Belarusian military exercises Zapad-2017.
As reported in the General staff of the AFU, the Ukrainian side confirmed the invitation for Belarus.
Ukrainian observers will record the maneuvers from 16 to 20 September.
It is also noted that, except for Ukraine, invitations to observe military exercises Zapad-2017 also received Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Estonia.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of defence of Belarus has invited Ukraine to send observers to military exercises involving the Russian and Belarusian military.
