This was reported in the press service of the National nuclear energy generating company.
According to the press service, the outage has occurred under the action of automatic protection of the generator.
“The event classified as a level “zero – out” scale, according to a rating scale of nuclear events INES. Radiation, fire and environmental condition at the RNPP and the surrounding area has not changed and is within the existing norms,” the company said.
