In this incident opened a criminal case.
A passenger bus traveling on the route “Odessa-Kiev”, was shelled from firearms, resulting in the injured 46-year-old man.
The incident occurred at night on 18 Feb at 304 kilometer of the highway Odessa-Kiev.
Unknown persons opened fire from an unidentified weapon at the vehicle and wounded 46-year-old passenger, who was sitting by the window on the right side and received a gunshot wound in the thigh, in connection with which were hospitalized in Lyubashivka district hospital.
In this incident opened a criminal case under part 4 St. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
