In the UK, has successfully tested a rocket engine for the Bloodhound supersonic car, which, as planned, needs to reach a speed of 1600 kilometers per hour during future races.
Testing took place at the airport Newquay in Cornwall in the South West of England. The jet engine Rolls-Royce EJ200, which was installed on the vehicle, used in fourth-generation fighter Eurofighter Typhoon.
