Sarmatian Poloz included in the Red book of Ukraine.
In Kiev on one of the playgrounds found the snake of rare species – Sarmatian Shoe. The patrol police handed her over to the Kyiv zoo, the press service of the zoo.

The zoo has assured that it is “completely safe for humans non-venomous snake.”
Sarmatian Poloz included in the Red book of Ukraine in 2009, according to the security status of “vulnerable”, he is also under special protection of the Berne Convention.
It is unknown how rare a snake came to Kiev.
