The Ukrainian Chairman of the jury of “Eurovision” was not invited to the red carpet and the show itself.
Chairman of the Ukrainian jury of the contest “Eurovision-2017” the poet Yuri rybczynski in an interview admitted that he was not invited to a red carpet or on the show in the International exhibition center.
“I don’t what on the red carpet was not invited, I still did not exist – as such – even the invitation to the competition “Eurovision”. Do I have to contact the organizers? What can I say, if Jamal was not allowed on the red carpet. In which country this was? People won Eurovision and thanks to him is the competition. But this artist not allowed on the red carpet for the opening ceremony. It’s some kind of theater of the absurd. And we, alas, in this “theatre” while occupied the first place,” said rybczynski.
He also added that the jury evaluates the performances of the contestants of the “monitor” and not sure that he will be able to see the contest live.
“The jury of five people: Yana Pryadko, Serge Gagarin, Sofia Tarasova, Sergey Grachev and me. Work. But we have not signed any contract. We do not even know on what basis work? For free or for money? Although I work in the jury for the first time and always, such work is considered to be paid”, – said the Chairman of the jury.
