Viktor Muzhenko has shared an alarming observation.
Russia on the border with Ukraine have strengthened their military presence. In particular, its position in Moscow has strengthened the three motorized divisions, designed for rapid offensive operations.
This was stated by the chief of the General staff Victor Muzhenko.
“This is the third (the point of permanent deployment – Valuiki), 144 (Smolensk) and 150 (Novocherkassk) infantry division. Very symbolic is the election of the Russian leadership, it is these connections to deploy on a permanent basis near the Eastern borders of Ukraine,” – said Muzhenko.
He added that weapons and military equipment, which is supplied thereto, for the acquisition, suggests that the Russian division is essentially a shock and is designed to conduct rapid offensive operations.
