On Saturday, may 20, the capital will host “bike day”.
This is a public event cyclists, which is in the format of the parade through the main streets of the city. At the time of the mass sports activities will limit the traffic on the routes of the parade.
In particular, from 10:00 to 12:30 traffic will be restricted on the following routes:
St. Vladimir – St. Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Ivan Franko str – ul. lipinskogo – check on track;
Sofia square – Vladimirskaya street – Bogdana Khmelnitskogo street – St. Khreshchatyk – European area – Vladimir descent – Borichev descent – Naberezhno-Khreschatytska – Gavansky bridge – Naberezhno-Rybalska – Moscow bridge Trukhanov street – the Park of Friendship of peoples.
The initiator of the “Veloday” was organized by public organization “all-Ukrainian Veloden Kiev”. The event will be held with the support of the KSCA. Hundreds of Cycling enthusiasts will gather together at St. Sophia square at 11:30 start on the route of the parade.
We will remind that on may 20 at 20:00 with the participation of the leadership of the city will take place solemn opening of the updated track.
