The Prosecutor General’s office suspects officials in the supply of products to LDNR.
Officials of public joint stock company Ukrainian Railways, as well as a number of commercial enterprises suspected of funding terrorism. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry.
“It is established that a number of commercial enterprises and officials of public joint stock company Ukrzaliznytsia has organized the supply of products enterprises located in LNR/DNR, for the purposes of Railways with the withdrawal of state funds through payment through a series of fictitious companies to the budgets of the pseudo-republics”, – is spoken in the message.
It is also alleged that they are involved in complicity and in the interests of the Russian Federation.
“As representatives of Russian enterprises (including Federal Freight Company, which is under current sanctions Ukraine), with the assistance of the officials of the Railways committed to reduce tariffs for Russian companies to conclude contracts for the transit railway traffic through the territory of Ukraine”, – is told in the message.
