A year ago BMW unveiled a concept compact crossover X2, and now ready to show the production version of the new family member.
Serial BMW X2 is largely similar with the prototype. He got a new grille, the wheel arches are more square in shape, short bonnet, and a BMW nameplate on the rear rack than can not boast of any one car brand. In addition, along with the car debuted two new colors in the palette of the brand: yellow Galvanic Gold and blue metallic Misano Blue metallic.
In 2018 the market will go from X2 in three versions: Basic, M Sport and M Sport X. In their Arsenal will be two diesel engines and one petrol. For example, the xDrive20d (2.0-litre diesel engine capacity of 190 HP), xDrive25d (2.0-liter diesel engine capacity of 231 HP) and sDrive20i (2.0-litre petrol with a capacity of 192 HP). With the most powerful engine, hundreds X2 will accelerate in 6.7 s.
From the point of view of options, the crossover got the latest version of BMW ConnectedDrive, mirroring information onto the windshield and the possibility to synchronize with a smartphone. A number of other options BMW will announce after the release of the car on sale in March next year.
