Official: BlackBerry Mercury premiere will take place at MWC 2017

Doubts about the display of BlackBerry smartphone Mercury on the show MWC 2017 at the end of this month, finally dispelled: phone will attend this event. This became known from the new teaser image posted to the Network on which the white on black is written and the date and place of the announcement.

New BlackBerry Mercury expected at CES 2017, but the canadian vendor, which, recall, is no longer self-releasing smartphones, decided to postpone the announcement for two months. The production of a new BlackBerry Mercury will the Chinese company TCL, and insiders have already told the world about its specifications. Also, this machine in all its glory lit up in one of the recent episodes of the Western TV series Last man standing. So the canadian-Chinese bar, as expected, get a hardware keyboard directly into its front panel, which also will house a screen of 4.5 inches with a resolution of 1680х1080 pixels and along with a selfie camera at 8 megapixels.

And Yes, in the Space here will be integrated fingerprint scanner, while the entire keyboard can easily be used as a touchpad. BlackBerry Mercury is built on Qualcom CPU 821 and comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. Capacity built-in battery will be 3400 mAh and the Android OS will immediately update to version 7.0. All this will be complemented by primary camera 16 megapixel. The cost of BlackBerry Mercury is still unknown.
