Prepare homemade frozen yogurt, banana slices or fruit cocktail
Sugar cravings for many is a problem. But how to quench your desire without harm to the figures and the body, know American nutritionists.
If you feel that you want to eat something sweet, do not rush to buy in the supermarket chocolate, because there are products that satisfy the need for sweets, and, however, saturate the body and do not harm the figure.
Peanut butter and jelly.

Dates are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, potassium, iron, calcium, and magnesium. Almond butter contains protein, and dark chocolate – antioxidants,” says health coach, caryn O’sullivan.
“I cook delicious and healthy smoothie by mixing 240 ml coconut milk 140 g frozen cherries and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. To drink this smoothie at any time of day without harming the figure,” – says nutritionist Stephanie Dunn.
“When I want sweet, there is nothing better than a tablespoon of pure raw honey. It can also be mixed with half a tablespoon of natural cocoa powder and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Raw honey is an excellent source of enzymes, cocoa powder rich in antioxidants and coconut oil provides the body with energy and helps to burn fat,” says nutritionist Susan Schenk.
