The French President tried to open Putin’s eyes to the obvious.
French President Emmanuel macron said that Russia is the aggressor in Ukraine and France did not recognize the annexation of Crimea. He stated this at a joint with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko briefing.
Macron explained who is to blame in the military conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
“Aggression comes from Russia that is the aggressor is not Ukraine. We also recognize that the annexation of Crimea is illegal, so we all know who started the war and who created this situation and the situation we are in,” said the French President.
We will remind, after meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on may 29, macron said he was ready to impose new sanctions against Russia in case of escalation of situation in Donbas.
