The ocean continues the playoffs for the umpteenth season in NHL history.
The first period passed without scoring shots – “Pittsburgh” twice sold the most, and “Ottawa” were not lucky, when the stone hit the post.
The second 20-minute “Pittsburgh” began with not count washers Trevor Daley, but soon Evgeny Malkin scored according to the rules. The Russians from a good position easily beat the goalkeeper “Senators” Anderson. Only luck saved the hosts from the second propuschennoy washers.
With big problems “Ottawa” took the game away from our goal. Canadians got a double most and make the most of this advantage, in turn, the author of which was Bobby Ryan. Shortly before the end of the period, “Senators” are in the minority, almost came forward, but the puck after a shot by Zack Smith met with a barbell.
Critical period began for the Pittsburgh penguins with a cold shower in the break a great save from distance managed to Mike Hoffman. Going forward, “Ottawa” did not cling to his own goal that allowed the hosts to keep the minimal advantage and return the series to Pittsburgh.
