NHL: Nashville evened the score in the Stanley Cup finals

Nashville won both their home match and restored parity in the final series of the playoffs against the Pittsburgh penguins.

Defeats in two away matches left, “Nashville” anything other than constantly going forward. Away this tactic has not worked because of low realization of scoring chances, but at home “Predators” confirmed its strength, winning both matches with a total score of 9:2.

In the first period, the teams at intervals of a minute exchanged productive attacks – Calle Jarnkrok brought Nashville forward, but 66 seconds later, Sidney Crosby is easily sold out one-on-one with the goalkeeper.

“Nashville” re-took the lead at the end of the fourth minute of the second period – Frederic Goodro drove outside the gate and pushed the puck over the line. The judge did not immediately recorded a goal, announcing his decision after the replay.

This washer was a turning point – “Nashville” finally took the initiative and easily took the case to a second defeat. Arvidsson and Forsberg finished off the defending champion.

The Stanley Cup final starts from zero, and the fifth match of the series will be played on the ice, “Pittsburgh” this Friday, June 9.
