New vitamin diet for effective weight loss

1 day

Breakfast:

3rd day

— green tea — 200 ml.

Lunch:

— bran buckwheat steamed — 50 g;
— grapefruit — 1 PC.

Afternoon snack: Apple — 1 PC.

Dinner:

— kiwi — 1 PC.;
— crackers, bran bread — 2-3 PCs.;
— green tea with lemon — 200 ml.

Before bed: prune juice with pulp 200 ml.
