On Friday, 10 November, the Investigative Committee of Russia made a new statement on the fact of the collapse of nine-storey building in Izhevsk. It says that arrested the alleged perpetrator of the tragedy, which claimed the lives of at least seven people.
The cause of the collapse of an entire section of the house was a gas explosion in an apartment on the third floor. Living in her Alexander Kopytov is now charged with the murder of two and more persons committed socially dangerous way.
“According to preliminary investigation, the motive was personal dislike of the suspect. With him are necessary investigative actions.
