Law No. 1993 VIII, changing the rules of the road concerning movement around the ring, came into force.
According to the law, the advantage of the traffic on intersections, where a circular motion is provided for vehicles which are already moving in a circle.
The authors argued the need for its adoption particularly difficult socio-economic situation, due to which there are no road markings and signs on the roads. In addition, each city actually has its rules of crossing intersections with traffic in a circle, causing accidents on such sites. Therefore, the rules of motion in a circle was unified.
In addition, this law does not negate the applicability of road signs installed at roundabouts.
The government during the month should bring all legislation into conformity with this law.
