“Fake” news was quickly calculated.
October 11, Putin’s propagandists invented the news that Norwegian diplomats, German MPs and a Nobel laureate supported the annexation of Crimea by Russia.
Today, the website of the Russian NTV published the news “Norwegian diplomats intend to convince the West that Crimea is part of Russia,” whereas the website of RIA Novosti said that in the Crimea came “on 11 Norwegian businessmen and politicians, as well as two German deputies.”
In fact, the “delegation” consisted of their leader, the Norwegian Henrik Berger, who created the organization “public diplomacy” and now goes to the Crimea for the sixth time. Also in the delegation really is German MP, but is a member of the local Council of a small town Quakenbrück in Lower Saxony, elected from a marginal Left party.
Another website reported that one of the participants of the delegation became the laureate of the Nobel peace prize, but he actually identified themselves as winners of the prize himself, citing the fact that he was one of the activists of “the International campaign to ban nuclear weapons”, which received the award this year.
Earlier, activists seized the most impressive fakes of Russian media on Ukrainian visa-free regime with the EU.
